RETURN POLICY

RETURNS ARE EXTENDED UNTIL 1/31/2024 FOR ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN 10/15/2023 AND 12/31/2023*
*Extended returns not valid for holiday items (30 day return policy still applies to these items).

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund.

To start a return, you can contact us via our contact form. We will send you a pre-paid return label with easy instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. If an item was damaged during shipment, we may not ask you to send it back.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item was damaged during shipment or has unacceptable flaws, we may ask you to take a picture and send it to us. In some cases, we will not ask you to send the item back to us. You may need to keep it for a short time as we file a claim with the carrier, in case they need to inspect it.

Items That You Just Don't Want
You can return most items for any reason. To be eligible for a return, we ask that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging if possible.

We do not perform exchanges. We will issue a refund for returned items, and you can place a new order for the item you would like instead.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items such as personalized or customized items are not returnable. Please note the return policy for each item on that item's product page. Of course, if any non-returnable item is defective or damaged during shipment, we will make it right with a replacement or refund (see Damaged or Defective Items above). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and issued your refund. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
